![]() And if the vendors are in general supportive of this (I got the impression yes, but not sure.). > Anyway, I'd be really interested in hearing from any core who have this, or similar, set up and how it all works for them. FlowJo seems a bit trickier- I could probably buy a dongle (presumably they still provide!?!), but going through log in through their portal would be easier but I don't think they provide log in time details. FlowJo Software is the leading platform for single-cell flow cytometry analysis that helps you interpret your data quickly and effectively. Somewhat honour-based but pretty doable I'd imagine. OMIQ seems doable as a/c is tied to an email and AFAIK they can give log in times and durations, so I could link that to our booking system. I'm looking into buying a single licence for FlowJo, and maybe OMIQ/other, where ideally I'd allow people to use and charge for the usage (I would imagine pretty low rate). In most cases this would be enough unless you need it for several studies. ![]() > Whereas most labs have their own licenses, we have a lot of infrequent users/ labs who wouldn't have the need for their own FlowJo (or other) licence, but need it for a short time every now and again. Flowjo is an efficient and easy software with a free 30 day-trial that can be extended to 60 days. > Předmět: Charge for FlowJo/other software usage? Administrators can easily invite users, manage registrations, and customize their unique site. FlowJo Portal provides an improved management interface to site administrators. I guest the best would be to reach out to FlowJo or your BD representative and ask what is the best solution for your needs. A FlowJo Portal site license is a user-based license management system for a group or institution with at least five FlowJo Software users. However, my current funding does not cover software licenses and I'm not keen to pay 500-2000 out-of-pocket for a license. These seem like the two standards for most labs (and I have used FlowJo before). This works very well for us, but I heard that hardware dongles will not work with newer versions of FlowJo and will not be available for purchase anymore. I know that many labs use either FlowJo or FCS Express to plot and analyze their flow data. For the moment we have several FlowJo dongles and share them with our users using a dongle server ( ).
